About Me

My name is Kyle McKee, and I’m a career and neurodivergent coach with a background in business economics, taxation, and finance and a passion for helping professionals find meaning, direction, and self-acceptance in their work lives. With over a decade of experience as a business professional and two-years as a certified transformational and transpersonal coach, I bring both practical insight and deep empathy to the coaching relationship.

I specialize in working with professional who often feel unseen or unsupported in their traditional work environments, including those navigating ADHD, autism, and LGBTQIA+ identities like myself. My clients are capable and ambitious individuals who have been told to “fit in” to systems never designed with their needs in mind—systems that can lead to burnout, anxiety, and lost productivity. My goal is to help them reclaim their voice, realign with their values, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My coaching style blends transformational and transpersonal techniques with somatic awareness and Appreciative Inquiry. Grounded in empathy, connection, and pragmatism, I work collaboratively with each client to identify and remove the internal and external blocks preventing them from thriving so that they can create a life and career that truly reflects who they are.

I became a coach because I’ve lived these questions myself. As a neurodivergent professional, I know how isolating it can feel to try to “push through” in a world that doesn’t always accommodate difference. I coach so that others don’t have to navigate this kind of journey alone.

If you’re looking for a coach who sees you, respects your uniqueness, and is committed to your growth, I invite you to book a free consultation and explore what’s possible when you stop trying to fit in—and embrace your higher life today.
